This 12V lithium trolling motor battery from Dakota Lithium with 54 amp hours (Ah) of capacity is built for high performance in the most rugged of conditions. Engineered with Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) technology this battery has twice the power, half the weight, and lasts 4 times longer than a lead acid battery – providing exceptional lifetime value. 54Ah's of capacity is optimal for trolling motors with 55 lbs of thrust or less. Ideal for deep cycle applications where you need lots of power for a long time. Easily link in series to create 24V, 36V, or 48V systems. Recently upgraded with the same capacity but in a smaller, lighter U1 marine plastic case. Built to endure with deep cycle lithium battery durability, backed by an 11 Year Warranty. A Dakota Lithium 10 amp charger is included or a discounted upgrade to a 20 amp charger is optional to recharge in half the time.

Storage Capacity
54 amp hours. Dakota Lithium batteries provide consistent power for all 54Ah's. LiFePO4 batteries have a flat voltage curve, which means they have a steady power output as the battery discharges. The power output will not dramatically drop like similar sized SLA batteries. You get all the juice down to the last drop.

Lifecycles (Battery Lifespan)
Up to 80% capacity for 3,000 cycles in recommended conditions. The typical SLA has 500 cycles. Dakota Lithium batteries last so long that the price per use is a fraction of traditional batteries.
Operating Temperature
Ideal for rugged & harsh environments. Much better than SLA or other lithium’s. -20°F min, +120°F max optimal operating temps (battery performs well down to -20°F). Avoid charging below 32°F without a Battery Heater.
Discharge
60A max continuous, 100A max 10 second pulse. The flat discharge voltage curve provides 75% more usable capacity than a 54Ah SLA battery.
Charge
27A max, 14.4V recommended, 15V max. Included is a Dakota Lithium 12V 10 Amp LiFePO4 compatible charger that charges at the recommended 14.4 volts. An optional 20A charger is also available to cut charging times in half.

Includes Active BMS Protection
Every Dakota Lithium battery contains a Battery Management System (BMS) that handles automatic cell balancing, low voltage cutoff, high voltage cutoff, short circuit protection and high temperature protection for increased performance and longer life.
Deep Cycle Use Only
This is a deep cycle battery. Not designed for starting engines.
