Shipping Policy

Due to high percentage of our products being or containing lithium batteries, most shipping is limited to within the contiguous 48 states with Ground service only due to shipping regulations. If your order contains a lithium battery, the order will be restricted to these limitations.
 

Return & Exchange Policy

You may return new, unused items still in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Item must be free from any cosmetic damage, still in the original packaging and any included hardware or accessories must be present to be eligible for a refund. 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. This covers only some of the shipping expenses to send you the product, the transaction fees we were charged by your financial institution, and packaging costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We'll cover shipping costs and the transaction fee if the return is a result of our error or item is confirmed to be defective.
