Shipping Policy
Shipping is limited to within the contiguous 48 states. If your order contains a lithium battery, the order will be restricted to Ground Shipping services.
Return & Exchange Policy
You may return new, unused items still in the original packaging within 30 days. We do not accept returns on used products or products without their original packaging. Returned item must be free from any cosmetic damage and any included hardware or accessories must be present to be eligible for a refund. 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns and shipping costs paid are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We'll cover return shipping only if the return is a result of our error or item is confirmed to be defective.
If you need to return an item and it meets all of the conditions above, you may return it to the address below. Your order number is used as the RMA, so please include that with the return. If you still have the packing slip you may simply include that with your return for easy identification.
