The NOCO GENIUS2D is a compact 12V 2 amp direct-mount smart battery charger and maintainer designed to mount near the battery for convenient use. A temperature-compensated, automatic charging profile delivers fast, safe charging and reliable maintenance without overcharge. Built with spark-proof, reverse-polarity protection and an IP65 housing, this NOCO onboard battery charger emphasizes safety and reliability.

Charging Algorithm & Chemistry
The GENIUS2D uses an intelligent profile that charges, then optimizes, and finally maintains the battery. 2 amp charge rate is ideal for batteries up to 40Ah, or maintaining all battery sizes and supports charging of flooded, AGM, gel, MF, CA & EFB battery types. After reaching full charge, the charger switches to ongoing maintenance; the Charge LED pulses green during optimization and turns solid green at 100% while maintenance cycles continue.
